Join us for an immersion into Avita Yoga in Bayfield, Wisconsin

Immerse yourself in the Avita Yoga practice and join Jeff at the beautiful Wild Rice Retreat. Nestled on the serine southern shores of Lake Superior, with Scandinavian design and efficiency, the location and healing purpose we give it make for the perfect fall getaway.

Wild Rice Retreat offers newly built, modern, and stylish accommodations, and its award-winning restaurant caters to any dietary desire.

Most people fly into Duluth, MN (direct from Chicago), and we will help coordinate a shuttle service to the retreat center in under two hours. The alternative is Minneapolis Airport (MPLS) and rent a car to Bayfield, WI. It’s a scenic four-hour drive.

Check-in between 4:00 and 6:00 PM on Sunday. We’ll join for a short, sweet yoga class to help us all drop into our new, healing environment, with dinner served soon after. Coffee, tea, and light breakfast will be available before and after morning yoga. Lunch will be served daily. Our final yoga class is on Friday morning before the 11:00 AM departure.

This is the perfect time of year to be on the shores of Lake Superior, immersing ourselves in healing companionship and Avita Yoga. I’m delighted to share this space and time with you.
