Avita Meditation and Summer Schedule

My practice has changed over the last couple of years, and I’m inspired to share it with you. It’s become lighter on some days and always has a contemplative component. The spiritual undercurrent inspires the purpose in form, which brings meaning to the shapes and everything we do! It’s what turns an upside-down world right side up and at some point in our spiritual journey Spirit starts to take over and move through us. And when it does, it’s best to listen. Its goal is to move us toward peace and happiness. It’s what we want!

Many are looking for practical mediation practice, and some of you have asked for shorter classes, so here they come. We’ll try it through the summer and see how it goes. Sometimes live, sometimes pre-recorded, I’ll curate the week with meditation classes on Mondays and Fridays. The Monday class will take a more traditional seated approach with less movement, and Friday’s class will be more body-centered. Wednesday and Sunday will be regular Green and Orange classes, respectively. If you’ve been looking for a meditation practice, look no further. 

Sunday: Orange (Level 2)
Monday: Avita Meditation (20-30 minutes)
Wednesday: Green (Level 1)
Friday: Calming Meditation (20-30 minutes)

Some of you have shapes that you add to your practice because of a particular issue. I refer to this as ‘homework,’ which will be easy to maintain if you want to follow the new schedule. Some of you practice more often, some daily, and there are numerous 1-hour and 3/4-hour Avita Replays from which to choose. I teach every class with the supposition that you will drop into a routine and follow a progression as in Series 1, 2, or 3. It works, and it’s accessible with the Series Pass. With the all-access Practice Pass, you can stay current with me and supplement any desire for more yoga with a series or occasionally search for a class that fits your needs.
