Avita Yoga is for everyone—no experience is needed. We use shapes, not poses, to generate healing compassion that resolves arthritis and restores healthy movement to your joints. The classes are safe, doable, and non-aggressive. Even a small amount of practice can often bring quick, noticeable results. Avita meets you where you are, helping you find relief from chronic pain, stiffness, or limitations.
There are 2 ways to get started...
Introductory Series
Avita is VERY different from other forms of yoga, and this series is designed to teach the fundamentals. It is an excellent place to start if you are new to the practice. The series has 14 classes, each 20 to 45 minutes long, and could be completed in about 30 days, with rest days between each class.
