Each day includes guided Avita Yoga sessions designed to support your joints, improve balance, and restore more natural movement.
Over the course of the week, we’ll work through the body’s structural foundation—feet, knees, hips, and shoulders—using thoughtful Avita shapes to gently unwind patterns that may have been there for years.
Not forced.
Just gradually reorganized.

This is not a retreat built around intensity or achievement.
We’re not trying to stretch further or push deeper.
Instead, we work more patiently—using position, time, and attention to reach the joints and support the body from within.
It’s a quieter approach.
