Each day includes guided Avita Yoga sessions designed to support your joints, improve balance, and restore more natural movement.

Over the course of the week, we’ll work through the body’s structural foundation—feet, knees, hips, and shoulders—using thoughtful Avita shapes to gently unwind patterns that may have been there for years.

Daily Rhythm

Morning & Late Afternoon
Avita Yoga sessions to support mobility, stability, and connection

Breakout sessions exploring specific areas such as feet, knees, neck, and shoulders

Sharing, discussion, and quieter practices to help the work settle

Between sessions, there is space.
