At 50, a high-speed ski accident left Jeff with severe hip damage and facing a replacement. That experience revealed a key truth: joints crave compression. This insight became the foundation of Avita. A trained Rolfer, Jeff now leads retreats, trains teachers, appears on podcasts, and is the author of The Yoga Mind and the upcoming Mobility For Life.
